Project Overview
The Shotlist project aims to develop a web application that simplifies project management for creative professionals, focusing on those who find administrative tasks challenging. Originally built using full-stack technologies, the project encountered difficulties in managing individual full-stack developers. To overcome these issues, the chief of product enlisted Singular to demonstrate to the board that a multidisciplinary team using low-code solutions and AI could efficiently produce a successful product. Singular's mission was to create a proof of concept to showcase the value and speed of this collaborative, technology-driven approach.

Challenges Faced
The primary challenge was to identify a workflow that could rapidly demonstrate value while integrating advanced AI functionalities. This workflow needed to address the inefficiencies of the initial development approach, which relied on managing individual full-stack developers, and prove to the board that a multidisciplinary team using low-code solutions and AI could significantly enhance the project's efficiency and effectiveness. This challenge was crucial as it would validate the potential of a new development methodology and its ability to deliver high-end features quickly, thereby convincing stakeholders of its benefits.
Our Solutions
To tackle the project's challenges, we defined a specific workflow utilizing Flutterflow for rapid development and a seamless user experience. This included implementing efficient shotlist creation, allowing users to manually create shotlists more efficiently than before. We also integrated AI-powered prompts to enhance creativity by providing users with suggestions and ideas for shotlists and inspiration boards. Our multidisciplinary team, comprising designers, developers, and AI specialists, collaborated closely to ensure the project's efficient and effective execution. This approach demonstrated the potential of low-code solutions and AI integration in delivering high-quality features quickly.

Results Achieved
In just three sprints, we delivered a functional and efficient workflow with advanced AI features. This quick success demonstrated the rapid value of our multidisciplinary team and low-code approach. The chief of product was able to showcase to the board the tangible benefits of this new methodology, highlighting its speed and efficiency.
