Project Overview

Our project is a mobile application that is designed to streamline the process of ordering food from BURGER KING. The app is centered around the idea of convenience and accessibility, with the goal of making it easy for users to explore the BURGER KING menu and place their orders quickly and easily.

Challenges Faced

Burger King recognized the growing demand for convenient food delivery but found that existing platforms often failed to provide an exceptional customer experience. The company faced several key challenges, including limited control over the customer journey and overall service quality, difficulty in fully leveraging the Burger King brand to deliver a seamless ordering experience, and obstacles in increasing the average ticket price and fostering long-term customer loyalty. To overcome these challenges, Burger King set out to develop innovative strategies to enhance their delivery services, aiming to offer customers greater convenience and satisfaction while reinforcing the strength of the Burger King brand

Our Solutions

To address these challenges, we implemented a comprehensive strategy based on several key pillars. First, we focused on enhancing service by developing the Burger King delivery app to prioritize speed, accuracy, and quality, aiming to surpass existing platform standards and elevate customer satisfaction. Second, we leveraged the strength of the Burger King brand, integrating its core values into the app to create a seamless experience that fosters customer loyalty and connection beyond just a transaction. Finally, we employed smart pricing strategies to drive revenue growth by introducing personalized recommendations, bundled meal options, and limited-time offers, encouraging higher spending and increasing the average ticket price. Through the careful execution of these elements, we aimed to revolutionize food delivery while staying true to the Burger King brand.

Results Achieved

The project is still ongoing, with the team aiming to launch the first version of the mobile application and website by the end of April 2023, focusing on enhancing speed and user experience. Significant progress has been made toward these goals, including optimizing the server and streamlining the app's codebase to improve performance and reduce load times. Additionally, the team has made substantial changes to the user interface and experience, incorporating user feedback to ensure the app and website are intuitive, user-friendly, and offer a seamless ordering process.
